Instructions for Returns/Exchanges/Damaged Products

Fill it out as completely as possible so that we can quickly find your order information and process your return.

*ALL Returns must be made within 60 days of receiving your order*
*Note: Once we have received your return, we will refund your credit card
for the cost of the item(s). If you are making an exchange we will refund your credit card
for the cost of the item(s) returned and then charge you for the item(s) you would like
in exchange, along with a standard $6.00 shipping fee.
If there is no difference in price in your exchange you will just be charged shipping.
Shipping charges will apply to exchanges unless an error occurred on
our part in shipping your order. If an error occurred on our part in shipping
your order, we will refund your shipping charges to your card (please provide a
copy of the shipping receipt if possible).
** If you do not want a replacement item, a credit receipt
will be mailed to the address on the form. You will also be notified via email.
