Q. What is your return policy?
A. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase with proof of purchase. We reserve the right to not accept returns on Intimate Apparel (underwear, boxers, swimwear) We ask that you fill out, print and include our Easy Returns and Exchanges Form with your return. Once we have received your return, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the item(s). We will not reimburse your shipping charges unless your return is due to an error with your order, in which case we will refund your shipping charges to your credit card. A refund receipt will be emailed to the address on the Easy Returns and Exchanges Form.
Q. What is your exchange policy?

Once we have received your exchange, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the item(s) returned and then charge you for the item(s) you would like in exchange, along with a standard $6.00 shipping fee*. If the merchandise you are exchanging is of equal value you will just be charged shipping. *If your exchange is due to an error with your order we will e-mail you a call tag or return label from UPS to ship your exchange at no cost to you. A refund receipt will be emailed to the address on the Easy Returns and Exchanges Form.

Shipping costs are determined by your order total and your total order weight. Drop Shipped items are shipped from the Manufacturer and have a predetermined shipping cost.
We ship via UPS and USPS. Drop Shipped items are shipped from their Manufacturer, generally via FedEx, however we do not have control over their shipping methods.
Our orders ship from Athens, GA, and usually take 2-3 days to ship in the Southeast. Expedited Shipping methods are available during checkout. Drop Shipped items generally take 2-3 weeks to ship, but shipping times vary based on the Manufacturer.
Q. Can you ship to a APO or a P.O. Box?
A. Yes. Shipping to any APO is free! For shipping to a P.O. Box, select the USPS option when placing your order.
Q. Can you ship overseas?
A. Our shipping methods do not currently support international shipping unless it is shipping to an APO. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q. Can I pick up my order?
A. Yes! Simply contact customer service as soon as possible after you place your order and we will be happy to waive the shipping fee and arrange your pickup time.
Q. How do I track my package?
A. When your order ships you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a link to track your package online at UPS.com or USPS.com.
Q. How long does it take to process an order?
A. It usually takes about 1-3 business days to process and then 1-6 business days for shipping (depending on your location). *However, due to increased volume during the Football and Christmas seasons, it could take 3-5 business days to process an order*.
Q. My order (or part of my order) is back-ordered, now what?
A.You will be notified via e-mail when an item you ordered is back-ordered. Your invoice will be updated and you will not be charged for the back-ordered item until it becomes available and ships to you. You have 3 options how to handle a back-ordered item...
- When the back-ordered item becomes available, we will charge your account (for the back-ordered item(s) only) and ship it to you. If part of your order has already been shipped, you will not be charged additional shipping.
- You can replace the back-ordered item with another item that we currently have in stock. To replace a back-ordered item, simply contact us via phone (706) 353-8207 or toll free 866-DAWGWEAR (329-4932) or reply to the Back-order Confirmation Email with a product code (including size and color if applicable) that you would like to replace your back-ordered item(s).
- You can cancel the item off of your order. To cancel a back-ordered item, simply contact us via phone (706) 353-8207 or toll free 866-DAWGWEAR (329-4932) or reply to the Back-order Confirmation Email.
Q. How do I check my order status?
A. Dawgwear Rewards Customers have the ability to check the status of their order by logging into their Account. From your Account page you can view your Order Status, Order History, and once your order ships, you will have access to your Tracking Number to track your package as it makes its way to you!
Q. How do I get order confirmation?
A.We will email a copy of your order to the billing email address provided during checkout. If you placed your order as a Dawgwear Rewards Customer you have the option to login to your Account and view your order status and history. If you do not receive a confirmation email please feel free to contact us so that we send you one.
Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. You can cancel your order until 1pm on the same day the order was placed by calling our Customer Service Department at (706) 353-8207 or toll free 866-DAWGWEAR (329-4932). After 1pm we still encourage you to contact us via phone or email if you need to cancel your order, however we cannot guarantee that your order will not already have been processed and shipped.
