    A: We accept returns up to 60 days after the purchase date on all items as long as they are in the same condition in which they were shipped. For more information view our Return Policy here.

    A: Yes. We have several stores in Athens. All merchandise on our website can be found at one or more of our locations. Please visit when in the Athens area.

    Q: Can you ship to APO or PO Boxes?


    A: No, unfortunately UPS will only ship to a physical address. However, since UPS delivers to your door you can ship to any building, including your house, apartment, office, etc.

    A: No, unfortunately we do not ship overseas. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Q: How can I track my package?

    A: Once your package is shipped out you will receive an email that will include your UPS tracking number. You can then go to the UPS website (www.UPS.com) and enter your tracking number. You will find your scheduled delivery time and/or the status of your package.

    Q: How long does it take to process an order?

    A: It usually takes about 1-3 business days to process and then 1-6 business days for shipping (depending on your location).
    *However, due to increased volume during the Football and Christmas seasons, it could take 3-5 business days to process an order.

    Q: I found out one of the items I ordered is on backorder, what now?

    A: You will be notified via e-mail when an item is backordered and then you have 3 options.

    1. When the backordered item becomes available, we will charge your account (for the item only) and ship it to you. You will not be charged for the item until we ship it to you. If part of your order has already been shipped, you will not be charged additional shipping charges on backordered items as they become available.



    2. You can replace the backordered item with another item that we currently have in stock.



    3. You can cancel the item off of your order.

    Q: Can I pick up my order?

    A: Yes. Simply contact customer service as soon as possible after you place your order and we will be happy to waive the shipping fees as well as discuss when you will be picking it up. Your order can be picked up at:

    Q: What does Drop Shipped mean and why do these products require a Drop Ship Fee?

    A: These products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and the drop ship fee covers S&H. This is also why the product's weight is 0.00lb.
    *Please note: only the product that is drop shipped is exempt from a S&H fee from Dawgwear; if other products are ordered in the same purchase there will be a Dawgwear S&H fee based on the weight of those products and the distance the package is traveling.

    Q: What is the product "code"?

     

    The product code is used to identify each product we sell.
    Although it may not mean much to the customer it greatly increases the speed to find any information about the product (including price, style of product-short sleeve, long sleeve, pant, short, color, etc.- product group-toys, apparel, accessories, key rings etc.-) for our employees.

    Q: Are the shipping times and processing times the same for diploma frames and bigger items?

    A: No. These items generally come directly from the manufacturer and often take 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery. The website should indicate if the item will take an extended amount of time. You will also receive an e-mail from customer service telling you if there will be a delay. Please note that diploma frames sometimes take a bit longer during Graduation and Christmas seasons. If you are still unsure about processing or shipping times please contact customer service.

    Q: How do I get my diploma in my diploma frame?

    A: You will receive your diploma in the mail a few weeks after your graduation ceremony. The diploma frame you buy from us will contain instructions of how to insert your diploma into the frame.
